“Together with ACE (Assurance, Care and Engagement) team from the Ministry Of Manpower, CAforGood is pleased to organise a Xplore-SG AR Photo Challenge in celebration of International Migrants Day 2021 to honor our 300,000-strong migrant worker community. Participants of this photo challenge will get a chance to win attractive prizes worth a total of S$10,000 from our corporate sponsors – PropNex, Singtel and JR Group.

This photo challenge is part of our SingapoRediscovers Vouchers (SRV) Donation Charity initiative for migrant workers together with Salvation Army. We aim to many migrant worker friends on SRV sponsored tours to popular local attractions such as Gardens by The Bay, Singapore River Cruise and others.

Many of our migrant worker friends have been under much movement restrictions in the last 22 months due to the pandemic. During this time, many of them struggled with anxiety, uncertainty, health challenges and fears, sense of isolation and distress. Through these mental wellness enhancing and fun guided tours, we would like to give them some cheers, a little explorative adventure, and a respite from the confines of their dormitory. Many migrant workers have feedback to befrienders that they would love to explore different popular attractions of Singapore they long heard of but have no chance or no means to access them.
